Tate Boccaccio is a Theatre Technician and Designer specializing in lighting design, production sound mixing, and stage management. In addition to being a Vectorworks-certified designer, Boccaccio is a part of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT). Working primarily in the Buffalo, NY area, Boccaccio has worked with some of the largest theatres and venues in the area, like Shea's Performing Arts Center, MusicalFare, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, Danceability inc., Academy of Theatre Arts (ATA), Ujima Company, and FIRST Robotics. As the Technical Designer and Co-Event Director of TEDxNichols School Youth, an official TED Conference, Boccaccio has the opportunity to bring light to student-driven and delivered presentations to the Buffalo community.
