Meagan Millar is thrilled to be part of ARTA Member Council! She received her BFA in Theatre Performance from Niagara University and two Master’s Degrees in Education with certification to teach K-12 Theatre. She currently teaches theatre for the Niagara Falls City School District where she built a scaffolded program for theatre to be taught from elementary school. As an actor/singer, Meagan has toured the US and been involved with numerous local shows in WNY.

Meagan has received several awards and accolades for her acting and directing. She also co-owns the theatre company Open Door Productions with TJ Wilcox with a mission to bridge the gap between professional and student actors, providing a space for theatre practitioners of all ages and skill levels to learn from each other in a safe space, all while putting on professional-caliber shows. She is excited to work with ARTA and help to continue the important work they are doing within the WNY theatre community.
